I don't like people who say that they speak English or another language perfectly. Not even most of the native speakers are able to use their language without making any mistakes.

Dict is the best online dictionary that I have ever seen. I have been translating on this page for almost a year and I am glad to communicate with many interesting and wise people from all over the world.

You should use English to learn new languages and improve your linguistic skills. If you speak English very well you will be able to learn new languages easier.
